Thinking Of Hiring A Life Coach In Dorset?

Before you hire a Life Coach In Dorset, read this…

Life Coaching

As a Life Coach in Dorset, there’s certain things I’ve found come up again and again when thinking about working with potential clients. In this article, and the below video, I share what I think is some really helpful advice.

Do you actually want what you say you want?

If you’re thinking of hiring a coach, ask yourself, do you really want the help right now?

I’m so often contacted but the person isn’t actually ready for help. Think of someone who’s saying they want help with anxiety, but then they are too anxious to hire you. Or someone who struggles with procrastination, but then they put of booking an appointment. Or someone with low motivation, but they don’t turn up to the discovery call because they don’t feel motivated. Coaching is great, but you have to be ready.

Are they qualified?

I don’t just mean on paper. Life coaching is about having a great life. Does your life coach have a great life? Most life coaches have done a maximum of six months training. One coach told me they are a great coach, but when I asked them how many clients they’ve worked with, they replied 20. I’ve personally worked with over 6000 clients, so check who you’re working with.
